Frozen Thaw & Serve Baked Breads:
a full line of gourmet bread, rolls, & bagels in unique doughs as well as white. Specially prepared and packed for thaw & serve. Ideal for locations where time is of the essence, or skilled help is in short supply.
Frozen Garlic Bread:
our own, special recipe of prepared, fully baked garlic bread. Designed for the frozen food section, these products are attractively packaged in ovenable foil bags. (Also available in institutional bulk packaging.)
SuperHeros:
offer your customers a unique catering experience. Craft a super hero on our two to six foot super sized breads. (Also available in rings.) Each loaf is all natural, long proofed, and slow hearth-baked. A custom, multi-functional carton protects each loaf as it comes into your unit. . . .and cradles the completed sandwich to the customer’s location.
